Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken ½ kg
  • Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3
  • Tandoori masala 2-3 tbs
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Lemon powder ½ tsp substitute: Citric acid (Tatri) or Amchor powder (Khatai powder)
  • Dried parsley 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
  • Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
  • Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Dried parsley 1 tsp
  • Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
  • Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
  • Cooking oil for frying

Directions:

In a chopper,add chicken,green chillies & chop well.

Take out in a bowl,add tandoori masala,black pepper powder,garlic powder,salt,lemon powder,dried parsley,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & mix until well combined.

Grease hand with oil,take a small mixture (40g) and make a ball,place on working board & roll into finger shape with the help of palm.

In bread crumbs,add paprika powder,dried parsley,garlic powder & mix well.

Now coat fingers into all-purpose flour then dip into whisked egg and coat with breadcrumbs and roll again on working surface to maintain its shape (makes 14-15) and freeze for 30 minutes.

Can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month (zip lock bag).

In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden brown.

Serve with dynamite sauce.
