Ingredients:
- Boneless fish cubes (Surmai/King fish) ½ kg
- Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Cornflour 1 & ½ tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 4-5 tbs
- Anday ki safedi (Egg whites) 2
- Cooking oil for frying
- Cooking oil 3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium
- Red chillies sliced 4-5
- Tomato ketchup 3-4 tbs
- Soy sauce 2 tbs
- Chilli sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Water ½ Cup or as required
- Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped
Directions:
In a bowl add fish,soy sauce,vinegar,red chilli powder,salt,black pepper powder & mix well,cover & marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Add cornflour,all-purpose flour,egg whites & mix well.
In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry marinated fish pieces on medium flame until crispy & golden brown & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well.
Add capsicum,onion and mix well.
Add red chillies,mix well and stir fry for a minute.
Add tomato ketchup,soy sauce,chilli sauce,salt,red chilli powder,white pepper powder,mix well and cook for a minute.
Add water and mix well.
Now add fried fish and give it a good mix.
Garish with spring onion leaves and serve with fried rice!

Cornflour,maida aur anday ki safedi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur marinated fish pieces ko darmiyani ancch per crispy & golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Shimla mirch aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Red chillies dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya stir fry ker lein.
Tomato ketchup,soy sauce,chilli sauce,namak,lal mirch powder aur safed mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix kerin aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab fried fish dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker lein aur fried rice ka saath serve karein!
