Ingredients:
- Bread slices 3 large
- Water ¼ Cup or as required
- Mutton qeema (Mince) ½ kg
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 2-3
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
- Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In a chopper,add bread slices & chop well.
Take out in a bowl,add water and mix well.
Add mutton mince,fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chillies,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,coriander powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,mix well & knead for 4-5 minutes,cover & let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make a ball.
Now coat in breadcrumbs then press & fatten with the help of the hand (makes 12-13).
At this stage,can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month (airtight container).
Now dip cutlets into beaten eggs.
In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry cutlets on medium flame from both sides until golden brown.
Serve with green chutney!

Bowl mein nikal lein aur paid la ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Mutton qeema,hara dhania,podina,hari mirch,haldi powder,lal mirch powder,zeera,dhania powder, namak aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya knead ker lein aur dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko la ker ball bana lein.
Ab breadcrumbs mein coat karein aur press ker ka haathon ki madad sa flat ker lein (makes 12-13).
Is stage per 1 month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han (airtight container).
Ab cutlets ko pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker lein.
Fryig pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur cutlets ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Green chutney ka saath serve karein!
