Ingredients:
- Beef qeema (Mince) 500g
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Water 1 Cup
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Bread slices 3
- Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ¼ Cup
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2-3
- Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In a wok,add beef mince,vinegar,water,mix well and cook until it changes color,cover & cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes then cook on high flame until water is reduced (8-10 minutes).
Add salt,mix well and cook on high flame until dries up & let it cool.
In a deep dish,place bread slices & gradually add milk on each slice one by one & set aside.
In a frying pan,add onion & dry roast for 2 minutes & set aside.
In a bowl,add cooked mince,black pepper powder,mustard powder,green chillies,fresh coriander,onion & mix well.
Crumble the bread slices & squeeze out excess milk,add in the bowl & mix until well combined.
Grease hands with oil,take a mixture (50g) and make cutlets of equal sizes & refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Now dip into beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs (makes 12).
Can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month.
In a frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry cutlets from both sides until golden brown.
Serve with tomato ketchup!

Karhai mein beef qeema,sirka aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak paka lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 20-25 minutes kliya paka lein phir tezz ancch per pani reduce ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein & thanda ker lein.
Deep dish mein bread slices rakh dein aur thora thora ker ka doodh daltay rahein & side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein pyaz dal dein aur 2 minutes kliya dry roast ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein cooked qeema,kali mirch powder,mustard powder,hari mirch,hara dhania aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Bread slices ko haath sa crumble karein aur squeeze ker ka excess doodh nikal lein aur bowl mein dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Haath ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture (50g) ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ka cutlets tayyar ker lein aur 15-20 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Ab pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (make 12).
1 month tak freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur cutlets ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
