-Water 3 Cups

-Colored vermicelli 80g (1 Cup)

-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ litre

-Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs

-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs

-Custard powder vanilla flavor 3 tbs or as required

-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup

-Condensed milk 1 Cup or to taste

-Pista (Pistachios) soaked,peeled & sliced 1 tbs

-Badam (Almonds) soaked & sliced 1 tbs

-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

-Badam (Almonds) sliced



-In a saucepan,add water & bring it to boil.

-Add colored vermicelli,mix well & boil on medium flame until done (6-8 minutes),strain then rinse with water & set aside.

-In a pot,add milk & bring it to boil.

-Add almonds,pistachios & mix well.

-In a small bowl,add custard powder,milk & mix well.

-Add dissolved custard powder in boiling milk,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (2-3 minutes).

-Add boiled colored vermicelli,mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.

-Let it cool at room temperature while mixing continuously.

-Add condensed milk,pistachios,almonds & mix well.

-Garnish with pistachios,almonds & serve chilled!
