Prepare Garlic Mayo Sauce:

-Cream ½ Cup

-Lemon juice 3 tbs

-Mayonnaise ½ Cup

-Paprika powder ½ tsp

-Himalayan Pink Salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Safed til (Sesame seeds) roasted 1 & ½ tbs

-Sugar 1 tsp

-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tsp

-Lehsan (Garlic) 3 cloves

Prepare Spicy Tomato Sauce:

-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium

-Lehsan (Garlic) 3 cloves

-Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 4-5 (soaked in water)

-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs

-Dahi (Yogurt) hung 1/3 Cup

-Tomato paste 1 tbs

-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Himalayan Pink Salt ½ tsp or to taste

Prepare Shawarma Chicken:

-Dahi (Yogurt) 2 tbs

-Paprika powder 2 tsp

-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp

-Onion powder 1 tsp

-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp

-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp

-Himalayan Pink Salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Lemon juice 2 tbs

-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs

-Chicken fillets ½ kg


-Iceberg lettuce shredded


-Potato fries

-Feta cheese cubes

-Lemon juice

-Sumac powder

-Fresh parsley chopped

-Pita bread grilled


Prepare Garlic Mayo Sauce:

-In blender jug,add cream,lemon juice,mayonnaise,paprika powder,pink salt,sesame seeds,sugar,fresh parsley,garlic & blend well.White sauce is ready!

Prepare Spicy Tomato Sauce:

-In blender jug,add onion,garlic,dried red chillies,vinegar,yogurt,tomato paste,cooking oil,pink salt & blend well.Red sauce is ready!

Prepare Shawarma Chicken:

-In frying pan,add yogurt,paprika powder,cinnamon powder,onion powder,cumin powder,black pepper crushed,turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder,garlic powder,pink salt,lemon juice, cooking oil & mix well.

-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.

-Turn on the flame & cook on medium flame from both sides until done (8-10 minutes) & fire roast on direct flame until its charred from all sides.

-Stack up chicken pieces,insert fork & cut it with the help of knife.

-On serving plate,add hummus,iceberg lettuce,salad,poatao fries,shawarma chicken slices,feta cheese,white sauce,red sauce,lemon juice,sumac powder,fresh parsley,pita bread & serve!
