Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Cornflour ½ cup
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted ¼ cup
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Cooking oil
- Hot sauce ¼ cup
- Tabasco sauce 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce ½ tsp
- Cayenne pepper ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Brown sugar powdered 3-4 tbs
- Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
- Sriracha sauce 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) grated 1 tsp
- Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
- Hara Pyaz (Green onion) leaves
- Til (Sesame seeds)

Directions:
In a bowl add chicken boneless, cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, whisked eggs (add gradually) & mix well.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan & fry chicken on medium flame until golden brown. Takeout & set aside.
In a wok add chilli sauce, tabasco sauce, worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, red chilli crushed, salt, butter. Turn on the flame on, mix well & cook for a minute.
Add brown sugar, tomato ketchup, sriracha sauce, garlic, vinegar, mix well & cook for few seconds.
Add fried chicken, mix & coat well.
Add green onion, mix well & set aside.
On hot sizzler plate, add butter, prepared firecracker chicken, sprinkle sesame seeds, green onion leaves & serve with Herb fried rice.

Fry pan may oil garam karein or chicken ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry karlen, nikal kar alag rakh den.
Aik karahi may chilli sauce, tabasco sauce, worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, lal mirch crushed, namak or makhan daal kar flame On karen or milayen, aik minute tak pakayen.
Brown sugar, tomato ketchup, sriracha sauce, lehsan, sirka daal kar achi tarah milayen or few seconds tak pakayen.
Fried ki hui chicken daal kar milayen or achi tarah coat karlen.
Hara pyaz daal kar milayen.
