Ingredients:
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dried parsley ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Boneless chicken cubes 300g
-Tortilla 3 (8 inches)
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Baking powder ½ tsp
-Water ½ Cup (Add gradually)
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Breadcrumbs 2 Cups or as required
-Dalda cooking oil (For Frying)
Direction:
-In a bowl, add red chilli crushed, pink salt, garlic powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, parsley, paprika powder, onion powder & mix well.
-In a chopper, add chicken, half of the prepared spice mix, chop well & set aside. (Reserve half of the prepared spice mix for later use)
-Place tortilla on a cutting board, add chicken mixture, and spread evenly with the help of off-set spatula.
-Cut it like a pizza slice, & set aside.
-In a flat bowl, add egg, all-purpose flour, reserved spice mix, baking powder, add water gradually & whisk well.
-Take 1 tortilla slice, dip in prepared egg mixture, & coat with bread crumbs.
-Place coated tortilla triangle in a tray & flash freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Once frozen, keep them in zip lock bag & freeze for up to 1 month.
-In a wok, add cooking oil, heat it, (160 C) (Makes 24)
-Add prepared tortilla triangles, fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Serve with any desired sauce!
