Ingredients:
Pizza Stuffing:
- Pizza sauce 5-6 tbs
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped 1 medium
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
- Black olives chopped ¼ Cup
- Tandoori masala 1 tbs
- Boneless chicken 4 fillets
- Namak (Salt) to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Pizza sauce 2 tbs
- Dried basil leaves 1 tsp
- Dried oregano 1 & ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
Directions:
Pizza Stuffing:
In a bowl,add pizza sauce,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,onion,tomato,capsicum,black olives, tandoori masala,mix well & set aside.
Flatten chicken fillets with the help of meat mallet and turn the side.
Add 2 tbs of prepared pizza filling & roll the fillet then insert mini skewers to seal sides properly.
Sprinkle salt & black pepper crushed over it.
On a cast iron pan,add cooking oil & place chicken pizza pockets,cover & cook on medium low flame from both sides (3-4 minutes) and turn sides in between.
In a bowl,add pizza sauce,dried basil leaves,dried oregano and red chilli crushed and mix well.
On chicken pizza pockets,apply prepared sauce with the help of brush,cover & cook on low flame for 1 minute.
Cut into pieces & serve!

Bowl mein pizza sauce,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,pyaz,tamatar,shimla mirch,black olives aur tandoori masala dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken filltes ko meat mallet ki madad sa flatten ker lein aur side ko turn ker lein.
2 tbs tayyar pizza filling dal ker fillet ko roll ker lein aur sides ko mini skewers laga ker properly seal ker lein.
Namak aur kali mirch crushed ko sprinkle ker lein.
Cast iron pan mein cooking oil aur chicken pizza pockets dal ker dhak dein aur darmiyani halki ancch per dono sides sa paka lein (3-4 minutes) aur bech bech mein sides turn kertay rahein.
Bowl mein pizza sauce,dried basil leaves,dried oregano aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken pizza pockets per tayyar sauce brush ki madad sa laga lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 1 minute kliya paka lein.
Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
