Ingredients:
- Beef Mince ½ kg
- Pomegranate seeds crushed, soaked and drained 2 tbs
- Whole spices powder 1 tsp
- Gram flour roasted 2 tbs
- Green chilies chopped 3-4
- Salt 1 ½ tsp or to taste
- Chili flakes 2 tsp
- Coriander seeds roasted & crushed 1 tbs
- Coriander leaves ½ cup
- Onions chopped ½ cup
- Egg 1
- Butter 2 tbs
- Tomatoes chopped ½ cup
- Oil
Directions:
Soak Pomegranate seeds in warm water for 10 minutes. Remove excess water and coarsely grind them.
In a bowl, add beef mince, soaked pomegranate seeds, whole spice powder, roasted gram flour, green chilies, salt, red chili flakes, coriander seeds, coriander leaves, onion, egg and butter. Mix well. Refrigerate mixture for 10-20 minutes.
Before frying add tomatoes, mix well. Make patty and add a tomato slice on top and fry each side for 4-5 min on low flame until it done. Avoid turning sides in between.
Serve chapli Kababs with Knorr Tomato Ketchup and Knorr chili Garlic Sauce.
Ajza:
- Beef qeema ½ kg
- Anardana kuttay huay, soaked and drained 2 tbs
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Baysan roasted 2 tbs
- Hari mirch chopped 3-4
- Namak salt 1 ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch kuti hui 2 tsp
- Dhania roasted & crushed 1 tbs
- Hara dhania ½ cup
- Pyaz chopped ½ cup
- Anda 1
- Makhan 2 tbs
- Tamatar chopped ½ cup
- Oil
Directions:
Anardana garam pani main 10 minute soak karlain. Phir pani nikal kar koot lain.
Ek bowl main, qeema, aur sare ajza (tamatar aur oil ke ilawa) mix karlain. 10-20 min fridge main rakh lain.
Fry karne se pehle tamatar shali karke mix karke. Kabab ki shakal den aur ek tamatar ka slice rakh kargaram oil main fry karain. Ek side 4-5 min halki aanch par pakayen.
Mazedar Chapli kabab Knorr Tomato Ketchup aur Knorr chili Garlic Sauce ke sath serve karain.
