Ingredients:
-Makhan (Butter) soft
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) ½ Cup or as required
-Doodh (Milk) 3 Cups
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 5 tbs
-Cornflour 4 tbs
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 2 tbs
-Whipping cream ½ Cup
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped
-Dried rose petals
Directions:
-Grease (11x11 inches) tray with butter,sprinkle desiccated coconut & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add milk,sugar,all-purpose flour,cornflour,vanilla essence & whisk well,turn on the flame & cook on medium flame until it thickens while stirring continuously.
-Turn off the flame,add butter & mix well.
-Pour over coconut layer & spread evenly (make ½ inch layer).
-Let it cool at room temperature & refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
-In a bowl,add whipping cream,beat until stiff peaks form & transfer to a piping bag.
-Spread whipped cream & sprinkle pistachios.
-Cuts into 6 pieces & roll up.
-Garnish with pistachios,dried rose petals & serve!

Directions:
-Ek (11x11 inches) tray ko butter se grease karen, upar se desiccated coconut chhidk dein aur side par rakh dein.
-Ek saucepan mein doodh, cheeni, maida, cornflour, vanilla essence dal kar whisk karein, phir flame on karein aur medium flame par continuously stir karte hue cook karein jab tak mixture thicken na ho jaye.
-Flame off karein, butter add karein aur achi tarah mix karein.
-Coconut layer par yeh mixture daal kar evenly spread karein (aadha inch layer).
-Room temperature par cool hone dein aur phir 3-4 ghante ke liye refrigerate karein.
-Ek bowl mein whipping cream le kar beat karein jab tak stiff peaks na ban jayein aur piping bag mein transfer karein.
-Whipped cream spread karein aur upar se pistachios chhidk dein.
6 pieces mein cut karein aur roll up karein.
-Upar se pistachios aur dried rose petals se garnish karein aur serve karein!
