In bowl,add carrot,chicken,cabbage,green onion leaves,cream cheese,ginger garlic,soy sauce,sesame oil,salt,black pepper crushed and mix well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In bowl,add egg white,whisk well & set aside.
Take wanton wrap,add 1 tsp of prepared stuffing in the center,apply egg white at the edges,fold edges and overlap to form wonton shape & seal all sides (makes 18-20).
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry until golden brown.
On baking tray place butter paper and prepared wonton and bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 6-8

30 minutes kliya tak refrigerate ker lein.
Bowl mein anday ki safedi dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Wonton wrap ka center mein 1 tsp tayyar stuffing rakh dein,edges mein anday ki safedi laga lein aur fold karein aur overlap ker ka wonton ki shape bana lein & tamam sides ko seal ker lein (makes 18-20).
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Baking tray mein butter paper laga ker tayyar wontons rakh dein aur preheated oven mein 200 C per 6-8 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
