Ingredients:

Prepare Chicken Filling:

-Boneless Chicken Cubes 500g

-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs

-Tomato ketchup 2 & ½ tbs

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp

-Tikka masala 1 tbs

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste

-Zeera (Cumin Seeds) Roasted & crushed 1 tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) ½ Cup

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) ½ Cup

-Mayonnaise 3 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) Chopped handful

Prepare Crepes:

-Olper’s milk 3 Cups

-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2

-Cooking oil ¼ Cup

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup

-Cooking oil ½ tsp

-Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese as required

-Flour Slurry (All-purpose flour 1 & ½ tbs +water 3 tbs)

-Cooking oil as required

 

Direction:

Prepare Chicken Filling:

-In chicken, yogurt, tomato ketchup, ginger garlic paste, tikka masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin, pink salt, cooking oil & mix well.

-Cover & marinate for 10 minutes.

-Remove cover, turn on the flame.

-Cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes or until all the moisture evaporates.

-Add onion, capsicum, mayonnaise, fresh coriander, mix well

-Let it cool completely.

Prepare Crepes:

-In a bowl, add milk, whisked eggs, cooking oil, fine sugar, pink salt, whisk well until batter is smooth & no lumps.

-Add all-purpose flour, whisk until well combined, cover & let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

-Remove cover & mix well.

- Add ⅓ Cup of crepes batter & add in pre heated greased pan (7-inches) spread evenly, cook on low flame until light golden from both sides. (Makes: 10)

-Place 1 crepe on the cutting board, add cheddar & Mozzarella cheese, prepared chicken filling, more cheese, apply slurry, fold the corners, stuff filling inside & seal it properly.

-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in the freezer.

-In a pan, add cooking oil, heat it, (150 C), shallow fry on medium flame until golden from both sides.

-Serve with ketchup!
