Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 large
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 300g
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) finely chopped 1 & ½ tsp
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tsp
Prepare Whole Wheat Tacos:
-Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Besan (Gram flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ¼ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ¼ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ¼ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) finely chopped 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 small
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Water ½ Cup or as required

Directions:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,ginger garlic paste & sauté until fragrant.
-Add onion,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add red chilli powder,black pepper powder,chicken powder,coriander powder,pink salt,turmeric powder,cumin seeds,green chilli,lemon juice,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add water,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well.
-Add dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Whole Wheat Tacos:
-In a bowl,add whole wheat flour,gram flour,red chilli powder,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,pink salt, dried fenugreek leaves,green chilli,onion,fresh coriander,cooking oil,water & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until hard dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
-Take out dough from refrigerator & cut dough into 4 parts.
-Take one part & make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin then cut into circles with the help of round cutter (4.5”) & hang tacos on grill.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
-Take out from the oven & brush tacos with melted butter or ghee,add prepared chicken filling, onion,fresh coriander & garnish with red thai chilli (makes 10).

-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur adrak lehsan paste dal dein aur khushbu ajanay tak sauté ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache sa mix karain aur translucent hone tak sauté ker lein.
-Chicken qeema dal ker ache sa mix karein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lal mirch powder,kali mirch powder,chicken powder,dhania powder,pink salt,haldi powder,zeera,hari chilli aur lemon juice dal ker ache sa mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache sa mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dal ker ache sa mix ker lein.
-Kasuri methi dal ker ache sa ix karein.
-Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Whole Wheat Tacos:
-Ek bowl mein chakki ka atta,besan,lal mirch powder,sabut dhania,zeera,pink salt,kasuir methi,hari mirch,pyaz,hara dhania aur cooking oil aur pani dal ker crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker hard dough tayyar ker lein,dhak dein aur 10-15 minutes kliya rest dein.
-Refrigerator sa dough nikal lein aur 4 parts mein cut ker lein.
-Ek part lein aur ball bana lein,atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein phir round cutter ki madad sa circles cut ker lein (4.5”) & tacos ko grill ker hang ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 10 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Oven sa nikal lein,melted makhan ya ghee laga lein,tayyar chicken filling,pyaz,hara dhania aur thai red chilli sa garnish ker ka serve karein (makes 10).
