Ingredients:
- Makhan (Butter) 100g (room temperature)
- Cooking chocolate 200g
- Powdered sugar ½ Cup
- Instant coffee 2 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Anday (Eggs) 3
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted ½ Cup
Coffee Frosting:
- Cream 2 tbs
- Instant coffee 2 tsp
- Makhan (Butter) 80g (room temperature)
- Powdered sugar 1 Cup
Directions:
In a bowl,add butter,cooking chocolate and microwave for 1 minute then mix until well combined & set aside.
In a bowl,add sugar,instant coffee (sift through sifter),salt and mix well.
Add eggs and whisk well.
Add vanilla essence and whisk again.
Now add melted butter & chocolate and whisk well.
Add all-purpose flour and mix with the help of the spatula.
Grease 8x8“baking pan with oil,place butter paper and pour prepared brownie batter.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
After baking and let it cool.
Prepare Coffee Frosting:
In small bowl,add cream,instant coffee (sift through sifter),mix well & set aside.
In a bowl,add butter and beat well for a minute.
Add sugar and beat until well combined (low speed).
Now add cream & coffee mixture and beat until well combined.
Apply frosting on brownie,decorate and cut into desired pieces & serve!
Tip:
If frosting becomes thin,add more sugar and beat well.

Vanilla essence dal ker dubara whisk karein.
Ab melted butter & chocolate dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Maida ker spatula ki madad sa ache tarhan mix ker lein.
8x8“baking pan ko oil sa grease karein aur butter paper laga ker tayyra brownie batter dal dein.
Preheated oven mein 170 C per 25 minutes ya skewer clean anay tak bake ker lein.
Baking ka bad thanda ker lein.

Chotay bowl mein cream aur instant coffee (sift through sifter) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein makhan dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Cheeni dal ker low speed per ache tarhan beat karein.
Ab cream & coffee mixture shamil karein aur ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Frosting ko brownie per laga ker decorate ker lein,desired pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
