Soft French Toast with Vanilla Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

Prepare Vanilla Cream Sauce:

-Olper’s Milk ½ Cup

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¼ Cup

-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch

-Cornflour 1 tsp

-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature) 

-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs

Prepare French Toast:

-Anday (Eggs) 3

-Olper’s Milk ½ Cup

-Vanilla essence ½ tsp

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs

-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp

-Olper’s Cream 1/3 Cup (room temperature) 

-Bread slices large

-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs

-Pancake syrup

-Cherries

 

Directions:

Prepare Vanilla Cream Sauce:

-In a saucepan,add milk,vanilla essence,caster sugar,salt,cornflour & cream,whisk well & cook on low flame until it thickens then cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes & mix continuously.

-Add butter & mix well.

-Let it cool & transfer to a squeeze bottle.

Prepare French Toast:

-In a jug,add eggs,milk,vanilla essence,caster sugar,cinnamon powder & whisk well.

-Add cream & whisk well.

-Trim sides of bread slices with the help of bread knife.

-In a deep dish,place bread slice & pour prepared egg mixture.

-Place 2nd bread slice & pour prepared egg mixture then place 3rd bread slice & pour prepared egg mixture & let them soak properly.

-In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.

-Add soaked bread slices & fry from all sides until golden brown (makes 2).

-On french toast,drizzle vanilla cream sauce,pancake syrup,garnish with cherries & serve!
