Aloo Keema Pakora (Potato Mince Fritters)

Potato Mince Fritters or as a desi will call it aloo keema pakora. A must try recipe for iftar. You can also make these in air fryer. #foodfusion #happycookingtoyou #digitalammi

Ingredients:

-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large

-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 6-7 cloves

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 3-4

-Aalo (Potatoes) boiled 3-4

-Beef qeema (Mince) 250g

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp

-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tsp

-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp

-Cornflour 2-3 tbs

-Anda (Egg) 1

-Cooking oil for frying

 

Directions:

-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,garlic,green chillies & fry on medium flame until golden & set aside.

-In a large tray,add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.

-Add beef mince,red chilli crushed,pink salt,black pepper powder,chicken powder,white pepper powder,cumin seeds,cornflour,fried onion,garlic & chillies,egg & mix until well combined.

-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry fritters on medium flame until golden brown.

-Serve with tomato ketchup!
