Omelette Noodles with Tomato Sauce and Chicken

Ingredients:

-Anday (Eggs) 4 or as required

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste

-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp

-Cooking oil 1 tsp

-Boneless chicken small cubes 150g

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs

-Tikka masala 1 tbs

-Lemon juice ½ tbs

-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium

-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4 medium

-Lehsan (Garlic) 2 cloves

-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp

-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 pinch

-Chicken powder 1 tsp

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 2

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs

 

Directions:

-In a jug,add eggs,red chilli powder,salt,black pepper powder,whisk well & set aside.

-Grease flat griddle with cooking oil,pour prepared whisked eggs,spread evenly and cook on low flame from both sides until done.

-Take two omelette,roll out & cut into thin strips & set aside.

-In a bowl,add chicken,ginger garlic paste,tikka masala & lemon juice,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

-Heat the cast iron pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well & cook until chicken is tender (8-10 minutes) & cook until chicken is dried up & set aside.

-Chop onion & set aside.

-Cut tomatoes,in blender jug,add tomatoes & blend well to make a puree & set aside.

-Peel garlic cloves,chop well & set aside.

-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.

-Add garlic & mix well.

-Add pureed tomatoes & mix well.

-Add cumin seeds,salt,red chilli crushed,turmeric powder & mix well.

-Add chicken powder and mix well,cover & cook on low flame until oil separates (6-8 minutes).

-Add green chillies,fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.

-On a serving plate,add prepared egg noodles,marinara sauce,cooked chicken & serve!
