Ingredients:
- Oil ¼ cup
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 10-12
- Mutton ½ kg
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Pani (Water) 1-2 cups
- Dahi (Yogurt) 3-4 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) Fried 3-4 cup
- Zeera (Cumin) Roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) Crushed 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1-2 tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) Julienne 1 tbs
Directions:
In pot,add oil and green chilies,fry until light brown and take out half of the fried chilies & set aside.
Add mutton,ginger garlic paste and salt,mix well.
Add water,bring it to boil,cover and cook until mutton is tender.
Add yogurt and mix well.
Add fried onion,cumin,black pepper,lemon juice,ginger and fried green chilies, put it on simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Sulemani karahai is ready.

Pot mein oil aur hari mirchein dal ker light brown fry karein aur adhe fried chilies nikal ker side per rakh dein.
Mutton,adrak lehsan paste aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani shamil karein,ubal anay ka bad dhak ker mutton gul janay tak paka lein.
Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Fried pyaz,zeera,kali mirch,lemon juice, adrak aur fried hari mirchein dal dein, 1-2 minute kliya dum per rakh dein.
Sulemani karahai tayyar hai.
