Ingredients:

  • Injeer (Figs) 200g (soaked in 2 Cups of water for 2 hours)
  • Soji (Semolina) ½ Cup
  • Ghee ½ Cup
  • Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste
  • Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
  • Badam (Almonds) chopped ½ Cup
  • Dry milk powder 1 Cup

Directions:

In chopper,add figs with water,chop well & set aside.

In wok,add semolina and roast until fragrant.

Add ghee and mix well.

Now add blended figs paste,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add sugar,cardamom powder and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes then cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes and mix continuously.

Add almonds and mix well.

Add dry milk powder and give it a good mix.

Cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes & serve!
