Ingredients:
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part 3 stalks
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 2 tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Paprika powder 2 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
- Olive oil ¼ Cup
- Fresh parsley 2 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2 tbs
- Chicken fillets ½ kg
- Olive oil
Directions:
In grinder,add green onion white part,garlic paste,cumin powder,turmeric powder,salt,paprika powder,red chili powder,lemon juice,olive oil and grind well.
Add fresh parsley and fresh coriander,grind again & set aside.
In bowl,add chicken fillets and grinded mixture,mix well and marinate for 4 hours to overnight in refrigerator.
Grease grill pan with olive oil and place marinated fillets,grill from both sides until done (6-8 minutes each side).
Cut into slices & serve with rice.

Grinder mein hara pyaz ka safeed hissa,lehsan paste,zeera powder,haldee powder,namak,paprika powder,lal mirch powder,lemon juice aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein.
Fresh parsley aur hara dhania dal ker dubara grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein chicken fillets aur grinded mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4 hours ya overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
Grill pan ko olive oil sa grease karein aur marinated fillets rakh ker dono sides sa grill ker lein (6-8 minutes each side).
Slices mein cut ker lein aur chawal ka saath serve karein.
