-In a wok, add cooking oil & heat it, add green chillies, fry for 30 seconds.
-Add chicken, pink salt, mix well & cook on high flame for 6-8 minutes until light golden.
-Add ginger garlic paste, mix well & cook for a minute.
-Turn the flame low, cut tomatoes in half & add to a wok, cover & cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
-Remove lid, remove skin of the tomatoes, turn the flame high & mix well.
-Add coriander, cumin, kashmiri red chilli powder, mix well & cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Add yogurt, mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
-Add black pepper crushed & fresh coriander, mix well.
-Add ginger, green chillies, fresh coriander, and give a coal smoke for a minute.
-Serve karahi with naan, lemon, onion salad, & enjoy!

-Ab adrak lehsan ka paste daal kar mix karen aur 1 minute tak pakayen.
-Aanch halki kar den, tamatar aadhe kaat kar wok mein daal den, dhak kar halki aanch par 10 minutes tak pakayen.
-Lid hata den, tamatar ka chilka nikaal den, aanch tez karen aur achi tarah mix karen.
-dhaniya powder, zeera powder, Kashmiri lal mirch powder daal kar mix karen aur tez aanch par pakayen jab tak oil separate ho jaye.
-Dahi daal kar mix karen aur 2 minutes tak pakayen.
-Kali mirch crushed aur hara dhaniya daal kar mix karen.
-Adrak julienne, hari mirch aur hara dhaniya daal kar 1 minute ke liye koylay ka dum den.
-Karahi ko naan, lemon aur piyaz ke salad ke sath serve karen aur enjoy karen!
