  • Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ Cup
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbs
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbs
  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Oil ½ Cup
  • Lal aloo (Red potatoes) Round slices 2-3
  • Tamatar (Tomatoes) Round slices 2-3
  • Pyaz (Onion) Round slices 2-3
  • Chaat masala ½ tsp or to taste
  • Hari mirch (Green chilies) 3-4
  • Hara dhania (Coriander) Chopped 2 tbs


In bowl,add yogurt,red chili powder,salt,whole spice powder,ginger garlic paste,oil,lemon juice and mix well.

Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.

In pot,add oil,red potatoes,tomatoes,onion,chaat masala,marinated chicken,green chilies, coriander, cover and cook until chicken is done (approx.30-40 minutes).

Taash kabab is ready to serve.
