Cottage Cheese Omelet

Ingredients:

  • Anday ki safedi (Egg whites) 6
  • Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Palak (Spinach) chopped 8-10 leaves

Option 1: Omelet Roll

  • Olive oil
  • Tamatar (Tomato) chopped
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped
  • Chicken boneless cooked & shredded
  • Cottage cheese cubes
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Option 2: Baked Omelet

  • Tamatar (Tomato) chopped
  • Chicken boneless cooked & shredded
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped
  • Cottage cheese cubes
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
  • Cottage cheese cubes

Directions:

In jug,add egg whites,milk,cumin seeds,black pepper crushed,red chili crushed,salt,spinach and whisk well.

Option 1: Omelet Roll

Grease frying pan with olive oil and pour egg mixture and spread it.

Add tomato,onion,cooked chicken,cottage cheese cubes,fresh coriander and fold it.

Cook on low flame from all sides until done.

Option 2: Baked Omelet

In ramekins/small oven safe bowls,add tomato,cooked chicken,onion,cottage cheese cubes,fresh coriander,egg mixture and cottage cheese cubes.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 12-14 minutes.
