Ingredients:

Prepare Cone in Air fryer:

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ½ Cups

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp

-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp

-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs

-Water ½ Cup or as required

-Cooking oil

Prepare Meethi Chutney:

-Gurr (Jaggery) 1 Cup

-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Saunf (Fennel seeds) crushed ½ tsp

-Adrak powder (Ginger powder) ½ tbs

-Cornflour ½ tbs or as required

-Water ¾ Cup

Prepare Dahi Chana Chaat:

-Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 2 Cups

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup

-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped ½ Cup

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 3-4

-Lemon juice 3 tbs

-Kala namak (Black salt) ¼ tsp

-Chaat masala ½ tbs

-Lal mirch (Red chill) crushed 2 tsp

-Dahi (Yogurt) thick & whisked ¾ Cup

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful

Assembling:

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)

-Nimco sev

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed

 

Directions:

Prepare Cone in Air fryer:

-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,pink salt,carom seeds,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,clarified butter & mix well.

-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until hard dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes then knead for 3-4 minutes.

-Divide the dough (60g each),take one part,make a ball & roll out with the help of rolling pin (6 inches rolled dough).

-Cut the dough in half (semicircle) & prick with fork.

-Apply water on the edge,press & seal & make cones of equal sizes.

-Apply cooking oil & air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C for 14 minutes (check in between).

-Let them cool (makes 14 cones).

Prepare Meethi Chutney:

-In a saucepan,add jaggery,pink salt,fennel seeds,ginger powder,cornflour,water & mix well.

-Turn on the flame,bring it to boil & cook on medium flame until it thickens.

-Let it cool.

Prepare Dahi Chana Chaat:

-In a bowl,add chickpeas,onion,tomato,green chillies,lemon juice,black salt,chaat masala,red chilli crushed,yogurt,fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.

Assembling:

-In a prepared cone,add prepared meethi chutney,dahi chana chaat,meethi chutney,fresh coriander,nimco sev,red chilli crushed & serve!
