Chicken Sizzler with Garlic rice

Ingredients:

Prepare Garlic Rice:

  • Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
  • Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped 1 tbs
  • Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Chawal (Rice) boiled 2 Cups

Prepare Grilled Chicken:

  • Cheeni (Sugar) ½ tbs
  • Paprika powder 1 & ½ tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
  • Dried or Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
  • Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
  • Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
  • Chicken fillets 3 (300 gms)
  • Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

Prepare Sizzling Sauce:

  • Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
  • Soy sauce 1 tbs
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Chili garlic sauce ¼ Cup
  • Chicken yakhni (Chicken stock) 1 Cup or as required

Prepare Vegetables:

  • Cooking oil 2 tbs
  • Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 1 tbs
  • Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
  • Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
  • Yellow bell pepper julienne ½ Cup
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
  • Red bell pepper julienne ½ Cup
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp

Directions:

Prepare Garlic Rice:

In wok,add butter and let it melt.

Add garlic and mix well.

Add green onion,fresh parsley,black pepper crushed,salt and mix well.

Add boiled rice and give it a good mix & set aside.

Prepare Grilled Chicken:

In bowl,add sugar,paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,fresh or dried parsley, soy sauce,vinager and mix well.

Add chicken fillets,mix well and marinate for 1 hour.

In grill pan,add cooking oil and marinated chicken fillets,grill on low flame from both sides until done (approx. 4-5 minutes each side).

Prepare Sizzling Sauce:

In sauce pan,add butter and let it melt.

Add onion,garlic and mix well.

Add all-purpose flour and mix well for 1 minute.

Add soy sauce,black pepper powder,salt,chili garlic sauce and mix well.

Add chicken stock,whisk until well combined and cook for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens & set aside.

Prepare Vegetables:

In wok,add cooking oil,green onion leaves and mix well.

Add fresh parsley and mix.

Add carrots,yellow bell pepper,capsicum,red bell pepper,salt,red chili crushed,mix well and stir fry for 1 minute & set aside.

Assembling:

Heat sizzler pan,add butter,fried rice,french fries,stir fried vegetables,chicken fillet,prepared sizzling sauce & serve!
