Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 3 tbs
- Chicken julienne ½ kg
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Mushrooms sliced 4-5 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
- Black olives 3-4 tbs
- Shell pasta 350 gms (boiled as per pack’s instruction)
- Pizza sauce 3/4 Cup
- Knorr chili garlic sauce 3-4 tbs
- Knorr tomato ketchup 1/4 Cup
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
- Cheddar cheese grated as required
- Mozzarella cheese grated as required
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum)
- Black olives
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
Directions:
In frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken and mix well until changes color.
Add salt,red chili powder,dried oregano,red chili crushed,garlic powder,soy sauce and mix well for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and mix well.
Add onion,capsicum,black olives,mix well and cook for 2 minutes & set aside.
In bowl,add boiled pasta,pizza sauce,chili garlic sauce,tomato ketchup and mix well.
Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese and mix well.
Grease baking dish with oil,add & spread pasta,chicken & vegetable topping,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,capsicum,black olives and sprinkle red chili crushed.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 10-12 minutes or until cheese melts.

Pyaz,shimla mirch aur black olives dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein boiled pasta,pizza sauce,chili garlic sauce aur tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Baking dish ko oil sa grease karein,pasta aur chicken & vegetable topping dal ker pheela lein,cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese,shimla mirch,black olives aur lal mirch crushed dal dein.
Preheated oven mein 170 C per 10-12 minutes ya cheese melt hunay tak bake ker lein.
