Ingredients:
- Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 1 Cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3-4
- Tahini paste 1/4 Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Olive oil ½ Cup
- Pani (Water) 3-4 tbs or as required
- Paprika powder 1/4 tsp
- Chicken powder 1/4 tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
- Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1/4 tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1/4 tsp
- Chicken fillets ½ kg
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Olive oil 2 tbs
- Tortilla/Chapati
- Paprika powder
- Ice berg
- Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubed
- Kheera (Cucumber) cubed
Directions:
In blender jar,add chickpeas,garlic,tahini paste,salt,lemon juice and blend.
Gradually add olive oil and blend again.
Add water and blend to make a paste & set aside.
In small jar,add paprika powder,chicken powder,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,garam masala powder,salt,coriander powder,turmeric powder and shake well.
On chicken fillets,spinkle prepared spice mix and rub evenly on both sides.
Add lemon juice and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
On grill pan,add olive oil and cook marinated chicken fillets from both sides until done (approx. 4-5 minutes each side) then cut into pieces.
Assembling:
On tortilla/chapati,add & spread hummus,paprika powder,cooked chicken pieces,ice berg, tomato, cucumber,wrap & serve! (Makes 4)

Thora thora ker ka olive oil shamil karein aur dubara blend ker lein.
Pani shamil karein aur blend ker ka paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Chotay jar mein paprika powder,chicken powder,kali mirch crushed,lehsan powder,garam masala powder,namak,dhania powder aur haldee powder dal ker ache tarhan shake ker lein.
Chicken fillets per tayyar spice dal ker dono sides per evenly rub ker lein.
Lemon juice dal dein aur 15-20 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Grill pan per olive oil dal dein aur marinated chicken fillets ko dono sides sa paka lein (approx. 4-5 minutes each side) phir pieces mein cut ker lein.

Tortilla/chapatti per hummus dal ker pheela lein,paprika powder,cooked chicken pieces,ice berg, tamatar aur kheera dal ker wrap ker lein & serve karein (Makes 4)
