Ingredients:

  • Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 3 tbs
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
  • Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
  • Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) 1/4 tsp
  • Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
  • Chicken boneless ½ kg (cut into thin slices)
  • Lemon juice 4 tbs
  • Aloo (Potatoes) peeled ½ kg
  • Cornflour 4 tbs
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil for frying

Sriracha Dip Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 3 tbs
  • Sriracha sauce 3 tbs
  • Honey 2 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
  • Chaat masala to sprinkle

Directions:

In a bowl,add gram flour,red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt,garam masala powder,yellow food color,cumin powder and mix well.

Add chicken and mix well.

Add lemon juice,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Slice potatoes with the help of the slicer and cut into thin julienne.

In a bowl,add potatoes,cornflour,red chilli powder,all-purpose flour,black pepper powder,salt,garlic powder and mix well.

On your palm,add potato mixture,place chicken marinated cube and cover with potato mixture.

In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown.

Sriracha Dip Sauce:

In a bowl,add mayonnaise,sriracha sauce,honey,salt and mix well.

Sprinkle chaat masala & serve with dip.
