Ingredients:
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4-5
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) roughly chopped 2
- Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
- Mutton boneless cubes ½ kg
- Pyaz (Onion) grated 1 medium
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
- Garam masala powder ½ tbs
- Chanay ka powder (Chickpea powder) roasted 3 tbs
- Cheddar & Mozzarella cheese grated 1 Cup
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
- Rafhan corn oil for frying
Directions:
In chopper,add garlic,green chillies,ginger and chop well.
Add mutton boneless and chop well.
In bowl,add mutton mince,squeeze onion,fresh coriander,coriander powder,salt,red chilli powder, garam masala powder,chickpea powder and mix until well combined & set aside.
In separate bowl,add cheddar & mozzarella cheese,mint leaves,cumin seeds and mix well.
Take cheese mixture and thread on skewer.
Grease hands with corn oil,take mince mixture and spread on your palm,place skewer and make seekh kabab of equal sizes (makes 10-12).
-In frying pan,add rafhan corn oil and fry stuffed seekh kababs from all sides until done.

Mutton boneless dal ker ache tarhan chop ker dein.
Bowl mein mutton qeema,squeeze pyaz,hara dhania,dhania powder,namak,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder aur chanay ka powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Alag bowl mein cheddar & mozzarella cheese aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cheese mixture ko la ker skewer per laga lein.
Hathon ko corn oil sa grease karein aur mince mixture ko la ker palm per pheela lein skewer rakh ker ek jaisay sizes ka seekh kabab tayyar ker lein (makes 10-12).
Frying pan mein rafhan corn oil dal dein aur stuffed seekh kababs ko tamam sides sa fry ker lein.
