Ingredients:
- Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
- Cream ½ Cup
- Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)
- Canderel 2 tbs
- Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
- Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tsp
- Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ½ tsp
- Bran bread slices as required
- Kishmish (Black raisins)
Directions:
In bowl,add milk,cream,eggs,canderel,vanilla essence,cinnamon powder,nutmeg powder,whisk well & set aside.
Cut bran bread slices into cubes & set aside.
Grease ramekins with butter,add bread cubes,black raisins,bread cubes,prepared milk mixture (4-5 tbs), press gently & let it soak in milk mixture then crumble bread cubes with the help of the hands and add black raisins.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.

Bowl mein doodh,cream,anday,canderel,vanilla essence,darchini powder aur jaifil powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
Bran bread slices ko cubes mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Ramekin ko makhan sa grease karein aur bread cubes,kishmish,bread cubes aur tayyar doodh mixture (4-5 tbs) dal ker gently press karein aur milk mixture mein soak ker lein aur bread cubes ko haath ki madad sa crumble ker lein aur kishmish dal dein.
Preheated oven mein 180 C per 20 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
