Ingredients:
-Cream cheese 400g
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 3 (room temperature)
-Cream 220ml
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp
Directions:
-In 7 inches greased pan,place crumbled baking paper horizontally,set corners & place another baking paper over it vertically.
-In a bowl,add cream cheese,caster sugar,vanilla essence & beat on medium speed for 3-4 minutes.
-Add eggs & beat well.
-Add cream & beat on low speed for a minute.
-On a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,pink salt,sift together & beat on low speed for 1-2 minutes.
-Pour batter in greased pan lined with baking paper & tap few time.
-Air fry at 220C on convection (C) mode for 45 minutes or until top layer is dark brown.
-Take out from oven & let it cool at room temperature for 2 hours & refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator then take out & let it rest uncovered for 2 hours & serve!

-7-inch greased pan mein crumbled baking paper horizontally rakhain,corners set karein aur doosra baking paper vertically rakh dein.
-Ek bowl mein cream cheese,bareek cheeni aur vanilla essence dal ker medium speed par 3-4 minutes beat karein.
-Ab anday dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Cream dal ker low speed par 1 minute beat karein.
-Bowl per sifter rakh kar maida,cornflour aur pink salt dal kar sift karein phir low speed per 1-2 minutes kliya beat karein
-Batter ko prepared baking pan mein dal ker few times tap karein.
-220C per convection (C) mode mein 45 minutes ya top layer dark brown ho janay tak air fry ker lein.
-Oven sa nikal ker room temperature per 2 hours kliya thanda ker lein & 4 hours or overnight kliya refrigerator mein rakh dein phir bahir nikal lein aur 2 hours uncovered rest dein & serve karein.
