Ingredients:

-Olper’s milk 1 litre

-Sugar ½ Cup

-Cornflour 5-6 tbs

-Olper’s milk ¼ Cup

-Olper’s Cream 1 cup

-Colored vermicelli (Boiled) 1 Cup

-Badam (Almonds) peeled & sliced 3-4 tbs

-Chocolate chips 3-4 tbs

-Apple 1 Cup

-Banana Sliced 1 Cup

-Pineapple 1 Cup

-Strawberry Cubes ½ Cup

-Bareek Cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs

-Lemon juice ½ tsp

-Red jelly as required

-Digestive Biscuits crushed as required

-Cham Cham meethai

-Yellow jelly

-Strawberries

 

Direction:

-In a wok, add milk, sugar mix well & bring it to boil.

-In a bowl, add cornflour, milk & whisk well.

-Pour cornflour mixture in boiling milk & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes or until thickens.

-Turn off the flame.

-Place the wok over ice & whisk vigorously for silky smooth finish

-Add boiled coloured vermicelli, almonds, chocolate chips & mix well.

-In a bowl, add apple, banana, pineapple, strawberry, caster sugar, lemon juice, mix well(sugar and lemon will prevent browning of fruits) & set aside.

-In a serving bowl, set a layer of red jelly at bottom of bowl, add mix fruits, biscuits crumbs, prepared custard, chamcham, yellow jelly.

-Make another layer of mix fruits, biscuit crumbs, prepared custard, garnish with colourful sweets, almond, pistachios, strawberries & serve!
