Quick Hakka Noodles – Lunchbox Recipe

Ingredients:

-Cooking oil 3 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium

-Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup

-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded ½ Cup

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp

-Noodles/Spaghetti 150g boiled as per pack’s instruction

-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs

-Chilli sauce 1 & ½ tbs

-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs

-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped ¼ Cup

Directions:

-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,onion,mix well & cook on high flame for a minute.

-Add carrot,capsicum,cabbage & mix well.

-Add pink salt,black pepper powder & mix well.

-Add noodles,soy sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar & mix well.

-Add spring onion & mix well.

-Garnish with green onion leaves & serve with chicken fingers.
