Ingredients:
-Bread (Cut into small cubes) 8 slices
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1tbs
-Chicken powder 1 tsp (optional)
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Water 1 Cup
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ¼ Cup
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-Cut bread slices into cubes.
-In a bowl,add bread slices,onion,spring onion,green chilli,ginger garlic paste,pink salt,chaat masala, kashmiri red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander seeds,chicken powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,curry leaves,fresh coriander,water,mix & mash well.
-Add rice flour & mix well.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Serve with green chutney!

-Ek bowl mein bread slices,pyaz,hara pyaz,hari mirch,adrak lehsan paste,pink salt,chaat masala, ashmiri lal mirch powder,zeera powder,sabut seeds,chicken powder,haldi powder,lal mirch powder,curry patta, hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Chawal ka atta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry kar lein.
-Green chutney ke saath serve karein.
