Ingredients:
- Corn kernels boiled 2 & ½ Cups
- Aloo (Potato) boiled 1 large
- Cottage cheese grated 1 Cup
- Gajar (Carrots) chopped ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 2
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Breadcrumbs ½ Cup
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
Directions:
In a chopper,add corn kernels,chop coarsely and set aside.
In a bowl,grate potato with the of the grater,add coarsely chopped corn kernels,cottage cheese, carrot,onion,fresh coriander,salt,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,turmeric powder,red chilli powder, cumin powder,black pepper powder,soy sauce,lemon juice,breadcrumbs and mix until well combined.
Grease hands with oil,take a mixture (55g) and make cutlets of equal sizes (makes 15-16).
Option # 1 Shallow Fry:
In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry cutlets from both sides until golden brown.
Option # 2 Air Fry:
In air fry machine,place corn cutlets,brush oil from both sides and air fry at 180 C for 15 minutes.

Directions:
Frying pan mein pyaz dal dein aur halki ancch per light golden hunay tak dry roast ker lein (approx. 2-3 minutes) & bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
Chopper mein hari mirch,podina,hara dhania,adrak aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Chicken boneless cubes,sabut dhania,zeera,namak,garam masala powder,lal mirch powder,baking soda aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Bowl mein beef qeema mixture aur ghee dal ker 4-5 minutes kliya ache tarhan knead karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya refrigerator mein rakh dein.
Haathon ko pani sa geela karein aur mixture (55g) ko la ker metal skewers per ek jaisay sizes ka kabab tayyar ker lein (makes 12).
Tawa per cooking oil dal dein aur kabab ko darmiyani ancch per tamam sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein (approx. 5-6 minutes).
Raita ka saath serve karein!

Thanda ker lein.
Airtight container mein dal ker 1 month tak freezer mein store ker skatay han.
Uncooked seekh kabab ko freeze na karein.
