Ingredients:

  • Cooking oil 2 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
  • Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
  • Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2
  • Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
  • Gajar (Carrots) julienne ½ Cup
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
  • Band gobhi (Cabbage) 1 Cup
  • Sugar ½ tbs
  • Spaghetti 250g (boiled as per pack’s instructions)
  • Safed micrh powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Chicken powder 1 tbs
  • Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
  • Hot sauce 1 & ½ tbs
  • Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
  • Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 1-2 tbs

Directions:

In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger and green chillies,mix well and cook for a minute.

Add onion and sauté until translucent.

Add carrots,capsicum,cabbage and sugar,mix well and stir fry for a minute.

Add boiled spaghetti,white pepper powder,black pepper crushed,salt,chicken powder,soy sauce,hot sauce,vinegar and mix until well combined (1-2 minutes).

Add green onion leaves and mix well.

Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!
