  • Olper’s cream 350ml (room temperature)
  • Olper’s Milk powder ¾ Cup
  • Rose water 1-2 tsp
  • Sugar powdered 2 tbs or to taste (optional)
  • Khajoor (Dates) Mabroum/Majdool as required
  • Pista (Pistachios) chopped
  • Badam (Almonds) chopped
  • Akhrot (Walnuts) chopped
  • Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped


In a frying pan,add cream,milk powder,rose water,mix continuously & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.

Add sugar,mix continuously & cook on low flame until thick & creamy (6-8 minutes).

Let it cool completely & transfer to a piping bag.

Cut dates in half,deseed them & stuff both parts with prepared creamy stuffing.

Coat stuffed dates with pistachios,almonds,walnuts & cashew nuts.

Garnish with dry nuts,rose petals & serve!
