  • Olive oil 4 tbs
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
  • Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 4 medium
  • Fresh basil leaves 8-10
  • Water 1 Cup or as required
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbs
  • Pakola Full Cream Milk 1 Cup
  • Cream ½ Cup
  • heddar cheese grated ½ Cup
  • Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
  • Spaghetti 300g (boiled with salt as per pack’s instruction)
  • Fresh basil leaves


In a wok,add olive oil,onion,garlic,mix well and sauté until onions are translucent.

Add tomatoes,fresh basil leaves,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add water and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then blend well with the help of hand blender.

Add paprika powder,dried oregano,black pepper powder,salt,red chilli crushed,chicken powder,mix well and cook for a minute.

Add milk,cream,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese and mix well.

Add boiled spaghetti and mix well.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves & serve!
