Ingredients:
Prepare Crust:
-Digestive biscuits 200g
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 70g (melted)
Prepare Rush Cheesecake Layer:
-Whipping cream 300 ml
-Icing sugar ½ Cup
-Cream cheese 400g
-Caramel sauce ⅓ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ⅛ tsp
-Water (Hot) 2 tbs
-Gelatin powder 2 tsp
-Candyland Rush chocolate (Chopped) 2-3 Packs
Prepare You Milk Chocolate Ganache:
-You milk chocolate 3-4 bars
-Whipping cream 60 ml
-Rush chocolate (chunks) as required
Direction:
Prepare Crust:
-In a chopper, add whole wheat biscuits, chop coarsely, add melted butter, just give a pulse until well combined.
-In a 9” loose-bottom pan, add biscuit mixture & press firmly down into the base to create an even layer & set aside.
Prepare Rush Cheesecake Layer:
-In a bowl, add whipping cream & beat for a minute.
-Add icing sugar, beat well until stiff peaks forms.
-In a separate bowl, add cream cheese, caramel sauce, vanilla essence, pink salt, mix well.
-Add cream cheese mixture to whipped cream & mix well until well combined.
-In a small bowl, add hot water, gelatin powder, mix well until gelatin dissolves in water & add in whipped cream & beat until well combined.
-Add chocolate & mix well.
-Now pour the creamy mixture over the crust in the loose bottom pan & spread evenly.
-Let it set in refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Prepare You Milk Chocolate Ganache:
-In a bowl, add You milk chocolate, whipping cream, microwave for 40 seconds (Check after 20 seconds), whisk well, ganache is ready, set aside.
-Take out cheesecake from the refrigerator & pour prepared ganache & spread evenly.
-Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.
-Takeout from the refrigerator, demold it, and garnish with Rush chocolate chunks & serve!

-Ek bowl mein whipping cream dalein aur 1 minute ke liye beat karlen.
-Icing sugar dalein aur stiff peaks banne tak beat karen.
-Ek alag bowl mein cream cheese, caramel sauce, vanilla essence aur pink salt dalein, achi tarah mix karlen.
-Cream cheese mixture ko whipped cream mein dalein aur achi tarah fold/mix karlen jab tak well combined ho jaye.
-Ek chotay bowl mein garam pani dalein, gelatin powder dalein aur mix karen jab tak gelatin pani mein dissolve ho jaye, phir isay whipped cream mixture mein daal kar beat karlen.
-Chocolate dalein aur mix karlen.
-Ab creamy mixture ko crust ke upar loose-bottom pan mein daal kar evenly spread karen.
-Refrigerator mein 6–8 ghantay ke liye set hone den.
Prepare You Milk Chocolate Ganache:
-Ek bowl mein You milk chocolate aur whipping cream dalein. Microwave mein 40 seconds ke liye garam karen (20 seconds baad check karlen), phir whisk karen, ganache tayar hai, side par rakh den.
-Cheesecake ko refrigerator se nikaal kar prepared ganache upar daal kar evenly spread karen.
-Dobara 1–2 ghantay ya set hone tak refrigerate karen.
-Refrigerator se nikaal kar demold karen, Rush chocolate chunks se garnish karen aur serve karen!
