Prepare Cajun Garlic Seasoning:

-Onion powder 1 tbs

-Cayenne powder ½ tbs

-Dried oregano 1 tbs

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Dried rosemary 1 & ½ tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tbs

-Paprika powder 1 tbs

-Dried basil 1 & ½ tsp

-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tbs

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tbs

-Dried parsley 1 & ½ tsp

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs

-Chicken drumsticks 8

-Water 3-4 Cups or as required

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs

-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs

-Water as required

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup or as required

-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ¼ Cup

-Water as required

-Cooking oil for frying

Prepare Creamy Garlic Sauce:

-Cooking oil 1 tsp

-Makhan (Butter) 4 tbs (80g)

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Olper’s cream ½ Cup

-Water 3-4 tbs

-Olper’s cream

-Fresh parsley chopped



Prepare Cajun Garlic Seasoning:

-In a jar,add onion powder,cayenne powder,dried oregano,pink salt,dried rosemary,garlic powder, paprika powder,dried basil,chicken powder,black pepper powder,dried parsley,red chilli crushed, close the lid & shake well.Cajun garlic seasoning is ready!

-Make a deep cut in the center of chicken drumsticks vertically & open it like a butterfly.

-In a bowl,add chicken drumsticks,water,pink salt,vinegar & stir well,cover & marinate for 30-40 minutes then strain,pat dry & set aside.

-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,rice flour,2 tbs of prepared cajun garlic seasoning & mix well.

-Coat chicken drumstick with flour mixture then dip into water & again coat with flour mixture.

-In a wok,heat cooking oil & deep fry on low flame from both sides until golden & crispy.

Prepare Creamy Garlic Sauce:

-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.

-Add garlic & sauté for a minute.

-Turn off the flame,add 2 tbs of prepared cajun garlic seasoning,cream & mix well.

-Turn on the flame,add water,mix well & cook on low flame for a minute.

-Brush prepared creamy garlic sauce on both sides of fried chicken drumstick.

-Garnish with cream,fresh parsley & serve!
