Ingredients:
-Boneless beef undercut 500g
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Fresh rosemary 2 stalks
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 large
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped handful
-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Chicken yakhni (Stock) ½ Cup
-Cream 1 Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tsp
-Chawal (Rice) boiled 2 Cups
-Fresh parsley chopped 1-2 tsp
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped 1 tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated 50g
-Mozzarella cheese grated 50g
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add beef,soy sauce,pink salt,black pepper crushed,red chilli powder,dried oregano & mix well.
-In a pan,add cooking oil,seasoned beef,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add butter,garlic,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Set aside cooked beef in a pan & add rosemary in the same oil & cook for a minute then mix well.
-Add onion,spring onion,mix well & set aside.
-In same pan,add butter,garlic & cook for a minute.
-Add chicken stock,cream,red chilli crushed,pink salt,dried oregano,black pepper crushed,soy sauce & mix well.
-Add fresh parsley,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
-In a serving dish,add boiled rice,steak bites,fresh parsley,spring onion,pour prepared white sauce, cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese.
-Grill/combi (C1) in microwave oven for 8 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

-Ek bowl mein beef,soy sauce,pink salt,crushed kali mirch,lal mirch powder aur dried oregano dal ker achi tarhan mix karein.
-Pan mein cooking oil aur seasoned beef dal ker achi tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani aanch par 4-5 minute pakaayein.
-Makhan aur lehsan dal kar mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cooked beef ko pan ka ek side per ker dein aur usi oil mein rosemary dal kar 1 minute pakaayein phir sab kuch mix karein.
-Pyaz aur hara pyaz dal ker mix karein aur side par rakh dein.
-Usi pan mein makhan aur lehsan dal kar 1 minute kliya pakaayein.
-Yakhni,cream,crushed lal mirch,pink salt,dried oregano,crushed kali mirch aur soy sauce dal kar mix karein.
-Fresh parsley dal kar mix karein aur darmiyani aanch par 2-3 minutes kliya pakaayein phir side par rakh dein.
-Ek serving dish mein boiled chawal,steak bites,fresh parsley,hara pyaz,tayyar white sauce,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal dein.
-Microwave oven mein grill/combi (C 1) mode par 8 minutes kliye bake karein.
-Fresh parsley sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
