To make chocolate ganache, heat cream in a saucepan, when it starts simmering (don’t let boil) add it in a bowl of chocolate chips and leave for 3-4 mins. Stir until smooth.
To make Chocolate shake, in a blender add milk, cocoa powder, chocolate ganache and ice-cream and bend until all combined.
Decorate glass with chocolate ganache, pour chocolate shake, add whipping cream, sprinkle chocolate shavings and serve.
