Ingredients:
Prepare Coffee Mojito:
Prepare Coffee Sugar Syrup:
-Water 1 & ½ Cup
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Instant coffee ¼ Cup
-Podina (Mint leaves) 10-12
-Lemon slices 2
-Ice cubes
-7up
Prepare Coffee Soda:
-Cream ½ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Ice cubes
-7up
Directions:
Prepare Coffee Mojito:
Prepare Coffee Sugar Syrup:
-In a kettle,add water,sugar,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved.
-Add instant coffee & mix well.
-Let it cool & refrigerate until use.
-Can be stored for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
-In a serving glass,add mint leaves,lemon slices & lightly muddle it until it release its juices & becomes aromatic.
-Add ice cubes,prepared coffee sugar syrup (1/4 cup) & 7up.
-Garnish with mint leaf & serve!
Prepare Coffee Soda:
-In a jug,add cream,milk,whisk well & set aside.
-In a serving glass,add ice cubes,prepared coffee sugar syrup (1/4 cup),7up & stir.
-Add prepared milk & cream mixture & stir gently.
-Garnish with instant coffee,mint leaf & serve!
-Serves 4
