Ingredients:

Mango & Chia Breakfast:

-Aam (Mango) chunks ½ Cup

-Rolled oats 2 tbs

-Honey 1 tbs

-Olper’s Milk 1 Cup

-Chia seeds 2-3 tbs

-Aam (Mango) cubes

-Podina (Mint leaves)

Chocolate Chia Breakfast:

-Badam (Almonds) chopped ¼ Cup

-Cocoa powder 1 tbs

-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch

-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp

-Honey 2 tbs

-Olper’s Milk 1 Cup

-Chia seeds 2-3 tbs

-Chocolate chips

-Badam (Almonds) chopped

Banana Apple & Chia Breakfast:

-Banana 1

-Apple peeled & cubes ½ Cup

-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tsp

-Honey 1 tbs

-Olper’s Milk 1 Cup

-Chia seeds 2-3 tbs

-Apple slices

-Banana slices

 

Directions:

Mango & Chia Breakfast:

-In a blender jug,add mango,rolled oats,honey,milk & blend well.

-Add chia seeds & mix well,transfer to a jar,cover & refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

-Garnish with mango,mint leaves & serve.

Chocolate Chia Breakfast:

-In a blender jug,add almonds,cocoa powder,salt,vanilla essence,honey,milk & blend well.

-Add chia seeds & mix well,transfer to a jar,cover & refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

-Garnish with chocolate chips,almonds & serve.

Banana Apple & Chia Breakfast:

-In a blender jug,add banana,apple,cinnamon powder,honey,milk & blend well.

-Add chia seeds & mix well,transfer to a jar,cover & refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

-Garnish with apple,banana,mint leaves & serve.
