Ingredients:

-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4

-Adrak (Ginger) 1-inch piece

-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful

-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs

-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tsp

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp

-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Tamatar (Tomatoes) finely chopped 2 medium

-Water 1 tbs or as required

-Palak (Spinach) chopped ½ Cup

-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 medium

-Paneer (Cottage cheese) 200g (approx. 1 cup)

-Water 2-3 tbs

-Cream ¼ Cup

-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tsp

-Cheddar cheese grated 2-3 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

 

Directions:

-In a mortar pestle,add garlic,green chillies,ginger,onion,fresh coriander & crush well.

-In frying pan,add cooking oil,crushed mixture,mix well & cook for a minute.

-Add kashmiri red chilli powder,black pepper powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,pink salt & mix well.

-Add tomato & mix well,add water,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then mash well with the help of masher.

-Add spinach & mix well.

-Add onion & mix well.

-Add grated cottage cheese & mix well.

-Add water & mix well.

-Turn off the flame,add cream,dried fenugreek leaves,turn on the flame & mix well.

-Add cheddar cheese & mix well.

-Add fresh coriander.

-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!
