Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 2 medium
-Water 1 & ½ Cup
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ¼ Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Orange food color 1 pinch
-Safed chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 2 Cups
-Cornflour 1 tsp
-Water 1 tbs
-Mini aloo samosa as required
-Lemon juice
-Gur imli ki chutney
-Green chutney
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced
-Anar (Pomegranate)
-Chaat masala
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a wok,add potatoes & mash well.
-Add water,tamarind pulp,red chilli powder,pink salt,turmeric powder,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds, chicken powder,orange food color & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,add chickpeas,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-In a bowl,add cornflour,water & mix well.
-Now add dissolved cornflour,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens.
-In a serving plate,add mini aloo samosa,cooked chickpeas,lemon juice,gur imli ki chutney,green chutney,onion,pomegranate,chaat masala,fresh coriander & serve!

-Wok mein aloo daal kar achi tarah mash karein.
-Ab is mein water,tamarind pulp,red chilli powder,pink salt,turmeric powder,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,chicken powder aur thoda sa orange food color daal kar whisk karein.
-Flame on karein,chickpeas daal kar mix karein aur medium flame par 2-3 minutes cook karein.
-Ek bowl mein cornflour aur paani daal kar mix karein.
-Ab dissolved cornflour mixture daal kar mix karein aur medium flame par tab tak cook karein jab tak mixture thick na ho jaye.
-Serving plate mein mini aloo samosa,rakh kar upar se cooked chickpeas,lemon juice,gur imli ki chutney,green chutney,onion,pomegranate,chaat masala aur fresh coriander daal kar serve karein!
