Ingredients:
Prepare Spicy Gochujang Mayo Sauce:
-Mayonnaise ¼ Cup
-Gochujang paste 1 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
Prepare Sesame Soy Sauce:
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
-Til (Sesame seeds) roasted 1 tsp
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tsp
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped 1 tsp
Prepare Beef Bulgogi:
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Saib (Apple) sliced 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
-Adrak (Ginger) 1-inch piece
-Brown sugar 2 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Soy sauce 3 tbs
-Beef undercut 400g
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Cooking oil 1-2 tsp
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 2 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped 1 tbs
-Til (Sesame seeds) roasted 1 tsp
Assembling:
-Chawal (Rice) boiled
-Steamed spinach
-Stir fried shiitake mushrooms
-Gajar (Carrots) julienne
-Kheera (Cucumber) julienne
-Kimchi
-Til (Sesame seeds) roasted
Directions:
Prepare Spicy Gochujang Mayo Sauce:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,gouchujang,pink salt,lemon juice & whisk well.Spicy Gochujang mayo sauce is ready!
Prepare Sesame Soy Sauce:
-In a bowl,add soy sauce,garlic,sesame seeds,sesame oil,spring onion & mix well.Sesame soy sauce is ready!
Prepare Beef Bulgogi:
-In a chopper,add onion,apple,garlic,ginger,brown sugar,pink salt,black pepper powder,soy sauce,chop well & set aside.
-Cut beef undercut into thin slices.
-In a bowl,add beef,onion,chopped mixture & mix well,cover & marinate for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
-In cast iron pan,add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add marinated beef,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add sesame oil,green onion leaves,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add sesame seeds & set aside.
Assembling:
-In a serving bowl,add cooked rice,beef bulgogi,steamed spinach,stir fried shiitaki mushrooms,carrots, cucumber & kimchi.
-Drizzle spicy Gochujang mayo sauce,sprinkle sesame seeds & serve with sesame soy sauce!

-Ek bowl mein mayonnaise, gochujang, pink salt aur lemon juice dal kar whisk karein.
Prepare Sesame Soy Sauce:
-Ek bowl mein soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil aur spring onion dal kar mix karein.
Prepare Beef Bulgogi:
-Chopper mein onion,apple, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, pink salt, black pepper powder aur soy sauce dal kar chop kar lein.
-Beef undercut ko patle slices mein cut karen.
-Ek bowl mein beef aur chopped mixture dal kar mix karein, cover karke 2 ghante ya overnight fridge mein marinate karein.
-Cast iron pan mein cooking oil garam karen, marinated beef dal kar medium flame par 4-5 minutes cook karein.
-Sesame oil aur green onion leaves dal kar 1-2 minutes aur cook karein.
-Sesame seeds dal kar side par rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Ek serving bowl mein cooked rice dalen, upar se beef bulgogi, steamed spinach, stir fried shiitake mushrooms, carrots, cucumber aur kimchi rakhen.
-Spicy gochujang mayo drizzle karein, sesame seeds sprinkle karein aur sesame soy sauce ke sath serve karein.
