Microwave Hot Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:

-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup

-Cocoa powder 1 & ½ tbs

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs

-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch

-Cornflour 1 tsp

-Dark chocolate chopped 50g

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs

-Cocoa powder 1 & ½ tbs

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs

-Baking powder ¼ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste

-Doodh (Milk) 4 tbs

-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp

-Whipped cream

-Dark chocolate grated

 

Directions:

-In a saucepan,add milk,cocoa powder,caster sugar,vanilla essence,pink salt,cornflour & mix until well combined.

-Turn on the flame & bring it to boil,add dark chocolate,mix continuously & cook on low flame until it thickens. Hot Chocolate is ready! (enough for 4 mug cakes).

-In a mug(300ml),add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,caster sugar,baking powder,pink salt & mix well.

-Add milk,cooking oil,vanilla essence & whisk until well combined.

-Place mug in microwave oven & microwave (medium powder) for 90 seconds.

-Take out from oven,pour prepared hot chocolate,add whipped cream & garnish with grated dark chocolate & serve!
