Ingredients:

Prepare Mayo Sauce:

-Cream 3 tbs

-Mayonnaise 3 tbs

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Dried oregano ¼ tsp

-Paprika powder 1 pinch

-Lemon juice 1 tsp

Prepare Chicken:

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Boneless chicken small cubes 200g

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp

-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 2 tbs

-Tikka masala powder 1 tbs

-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp

Prepare Masala Dough:

-Atta (Wheat flour) sifted 2 Cups

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Dried oregano ½ tsp

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp (Optional)

-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tsp

-Water hot 1 Cup or as required

-Ghee (Clarified butter) ½ tsp

Assembling:

-Pizza sauce ½ tbs

-Cheddar cheese & Mozzarella cheese gated as required

-Pyaz (Onion) small cubes

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) small cubes

-Black olives sliced

-Cooking oil 2 tsp

 

Directions:

Prepare Mayo Sauce:

-In a bowl,add cream,mayonnaise,garlic powder,pink salt,dried oregano,paprika powder,lemon juice, mix well & set aside.

-Prepared mayo sauce can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Prepare Chicken:

-In frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,ginger garlic paste & mix well until it changes color.

-Add yogurt,tikka masala,cumin powder & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.

-Let it cool.

Prepare Masala Dough:

-In a bowl,add wheat flour,pink salt,dried oregano,red chilli crushed,clarified butter & mix well.

-Gradually add hot water & mix well until it crumbles,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes then mix well & knead until dough is formed.

-You can also use plain dough for pizza paratha.

-Grease with clarified butter,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.

-Knead dough again until smooth.

-Take 60g of dough,make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin (5 inches).

Assembling:

-Add & spread pizza sauce,mix cheese,cooked chicken,onion,capsicum,black olive,prepared mayo sauce & fold into a triangle shape & apply water to seal the edges.

-On a griddle,heat cooking oil & fry paratha on medium flame from all sides until golden (makes 10-12).

-Serve with prepared mayo sauce.
